  • How to get started with my custom apparel collection?

    Firstly, you need to decide whether you want to create a collection from scratch with your own unique design, or choose one our blanks and add custom print. We'd be happy to go over the advantages of both options, so please feel free to contact us on hello@aktiveapparel.com for a free consultation if you have doubts.

  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

    If you are looking to create a completely new item the minimum is 500 pcs per style and color. If you rather prefer to make small changes to one of our blank styles, the minimum is just 300 pcs per style and color. When you choose from our blank styles the minimum is 300 pcs per style and color.

  • How is the Apparel Packed?

    All items come individually packed in high quality poly bags. We can even add your logo on the bag. Upon request we can also provide custom packaging, such as exclusive printed boxes or printed textile bags.

  • What is the sampling and production time?

    If you choose from our blank styles with custom print, we provide you with a sample within 14 days after receiving your artwork. Upon approval of the sample we go ahead with bulk production which we complete and send in 4-8 weeks. For fully custom apparel it takes a bit longer. First sample can normally be provided within 3 weeks after all design details have been confirmed. Upon approval of the sample we go ahead with size samples, photo samples, and pre-production samples, before starting bulk production which takes 8-12 weeks including delivery world wide.

  • What delivery options do you provide?

    We understand that most customer don't want to deal with shipping and custom formalities. We therefore provide a hassle-free door-to-door delivery service. Shall you rather prefer us to work directly with your shipping agent, then that's of course fine too.
